The Rotary Club of Tharamani, with the support of its parent body, Rotary Guindy Trust, successfully executed a significant education infrastructure project at Government Higher Secondary School, Kandigai, located in Kattankolathur Block, Chengalpattu District. Prior to this initiative, nearly 5 to 6 classes were being conducted under trees due to lack of adequate classroom facilities. The newly constructed classroom-cum-hall addresses this critical gap and is expected to benefit approximately 250 students every year, creating a long-term impact on education for at least the next 50 to 60 years.
